1. Satira i izmišljotina
Svaka sličnost sa stvarnim strankama je potpuno namjerna, ali pravno slučajna. Gospodar Fotelja BiH je satirična igra: sve stranke, likovi, institucije i događaji su izmišljeni ili karikirani. Igra nije povezana ni s jednom političkom strankom, institucijom, vlašću, izbornom komisijom ni međunarodnim tijelom, niti ih zastupa. Ništa u igri nije politički savjet, poziv na glasanje ni izvještaj o stvarnim događajima.
2. Korištenje
- Igra je za osobnu, nekomercijalnu uporabu. Preporučena dob je 16+.
- Račun možete imati kao gost ili preko Googlea ili Applea. Odgovorni ste za svoj uređaj i prijavu.
- Trenutno nema reklama ni kupovine unutar aplikacije.
3. Fer igra
- Ne varajte: bez botova, skripti, automatizacije zahtjeva, izmijenjenih aplikacija ni iskorištavanja grešaka radi lažnih rezultata, ljestvica ili sezona.
- Poslužitelj može odbiti nevjerojatne rezultate, sakriti igrača s ljestvica, poništiti glasove ili obustaviti račun.
- Ne ometajte rad usluge (npr. prekomjernim brojem zahtjeva).
4. Nadimci i sadržaj
- Nadimak je javan. Ne koristite imena stvarnih osoba, uvredljive riječi ni govor mržnje; filter može odbiti nadimak.
- Kartice za dijeljenje stvara igra; poveznica je javna za svakoga tko je ima. Dijeljenje nema nagradu u igri. Možemo ukloniti karticu koja krši ove uslove.
5. Dostupnost i odgovornost
Igru pružamo „kakva jest“, bez jamstva neprekidnog rada. Možemo mijenjati ili obustaviti funkcije, pri čemu obvezna prava potrošača ostaju netaknuta.

1. Satire and fiction
"Any resemblance to real parties is entirely intentional, but legally coincidental." Gospodar Fotelja BiH is a satirical game: all parties, characters, institutions and events are fictional or caricatured. The game is not affiliated with, endorsed by or representing any political party, institution, government, election commission or international body. Nothing in the game is political advice, a call to vote or a report on real events.
2. Using the game
- The game is for personal, non-commercial use. The recommended age is 16+.
- You can have an account as a guest or via Google or Apple. You are responsible for your device and sign-in.
- There are currently no ads and no in-app purchases.
3. Fair play
- Do not cheat: no bots, scripts, request automation, modified apps or exploiting bugs to fake results, leaderboards or seasons.
- The server may reject implausible results, hide a player from leaderboards, void votes or suspend an account.
- Do not disrupt the service (for example with excessive requests).
4. Nicknames and content
- Your nickname is public. Do not use names of real persons or offensive or hateful words; a filter may reject a nickname.
- Share cards are created by the game; the link is public to anyone who has it. Sharing earns no in-game reward. We may remove a card that violates these terms.
5. Availability and liability
We provide the game "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Privacy, deletion and contact

„Jede Ähnlichkeit mit realen Parteien ist vollkommen beabsichtigt, aber rechtlich zufällig.“ Gospodar Fotelja BiH ist ein satirisches Spiel: Alle Parteien, Figuren, Institutionen und Ereignisse sind erfunden oder überzeichnet. Das Spiel steht mit keiner politischen Partei, Institution, Regierung, Wahlkommission oder internationalen Stelle in Verbindung und vertritt sie nicht. Nichts im Spiel ist politische Beratung, Wahlaufruf oder Bericht über reale Ereignisse.
2. Nutzung
- Das Spiel ist für den persönlichen, nichtkommerziellen Gebrauch. Empfohlenes Alter: ab 16.
- Sie können ein Konto als Gast oder über Google oder Apple haben. Sie sind für Ihr Gerät und Ihre Anmeldung verantwortlich.
- Derzeit gibt es weder Werbung noch In-App-Käufe.
3. Fair Play
- Nicht schummeln: keine Bots, Skripte, Automatisierung von Anfragen, veränderte Apps oder Ausnutzen von Fehlern, um Ergebnisse, Ranglisten oder Saisons zu fälschen.
- Der Server darf unglaubwürdige Ergebnisse ablehnen, Spieler aus Ranglisten ausblenden, Stimmen annullieren oder ein Konto sperren.
- Stören Sie den Betrieb des Dienstes nicht (z. B. durch übermäßige Anfragen).
4. Spitznamen und Inhalte
- Ihr Spitzname ist öffentlich. Verwenden Sie keine Namen realer Personen und keine beleidigenden oder hasserfüllten Wörter; ein Filter kann einen Spitznamen ablehnen.
- Teilen-Karten erzeugt das Spiel; der Link ist für jeden öffentlich, der ihn kennt. Teilen bringt keine Belohnung im Spiel. Wir dürfen eine Karte entfernen, die gegen diese Bedingungen verstößt.
5. Verfügbarkeit und Haftung
Wir stellen das Spiel „wie besehen“ bereit, ohne Garantie für unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb. Wir dürfen Funktionen ändern oder einstellen; zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.
6. Datenschutz, Löschung und Kontakt
